We’ve reached that time of year where gift giving takes the form of chocolate shaped eggs. And as far as they go, ours are pretty darn good. Hand made, hand painted and almost too good to eat. Hurry, we don’t have many! Available online and in store.
Wild Garlic Pesto
For those who hadn’t already heard, our wild garlic pesto is back! Made in our kitchen with foraged wild garlic by Head Chef, Chris Bury, it’s unbelievable on just about anything. Head down to TOTI to pick up a jar, or order online.
Hot Cross Buns
Glossy and studded with fruit, you’ll be hard pressed to find better hot cross buns than ours. Pair them with some of our raspberry & elderflower jam, and you’re set. They’re available in TOTI in store over the course of Easter.

We’ve spent the past few weeks refining parts of the hotel. Most notably, the Penthouse, now a little bolder, a little brighter, and a little more us.
Late last year, our Evie spent a week working at Rutz, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Berlin known for its meticulous standards, highly structured service and deeply considered approach to food and wine. The intention wasn’t imitation. It was exposure - to what hospitality looks like when every variable is controlled, every detail examined, and nothing is left to chance.
