French Onion Soup
When Patrick pitched up on the Fylde Coast armed with nothing but his mum's French onion soup recipe and a French accent thicker than the gratin on top, he probably didn't expect it to gather what can only be described as a mild cult following.
Some 35 years later, demand has shown no sign of slowing. So, in the interest of public order and well-fed households, we started boxing it up.
Thirty-five years ago, Patrick brought his mum's French onion soup to the North West of England. Demand has never really let up.
So, after years of ladling it out to loyal regulars, we thought it was time to start boxing it up.
