No Friday Series this week, but for good reason…
This Friday (tomorrow) marks the launch of our new à la carte menu - the most significant change we've made in some time.
Not a reinvention as such, more of a refinement. More classical in its foundations, more rooted in the region, and more considered in every detail - from the provenance of what's on the plate to the way it appears on the menu. French technique, Lancashire provenance.
You can expect more changes from the kitchen in the coming weeks - a new seasonal set menu and a fresh approach to Sunday lunch are both on their way. But for now, take a look at what arrives tomorrow. We hope to see you then, folks!
