This week in our Friday Series: ‘Haute’ Dogs are back!

We all love a hot dog. They bring with them a certain nostalgia - cinema queues, football grounds, Ikea car parks - the hot dog has done the rounds. We're bringing it somewhere nicer, and gentrifying it in the process.
