It also happens to be the last day of sunshine before Lancashire reasserts itself as the UK’s inclement weather capital.
So, the plan: a BBQ meat platter, running as our Friday special - one plate, packed with the finest cuts from our friends at Honeywells Farm: smoked bratwurst, garlic & oregano lamb chop, cajun & honey chicken skewer, BBQ ribs, corn ribs, BBQ beans, chimichurri, slaw, pickles. All for £30.
