This week in our Friday Series, we're winding the clock back to Cartford days of old - and bringing back a classic.
Moules Frites returns! It's had something of a hiatus, but as the old adage goes - if it's worth having, it's worth waiting for. Fresh, juicy, plump mussels cooked in white wine, shallots, garlic and cream, with local skin-on chips for dunking. We've missed it. Something tells us you have too.
John Bailey joins us from 7pm in the bar with his ensemble, playing a set of low, easy instrumental jazz to carry the evening along.
