Our Head Chef Chris Bury returns to the Food Theatre at this year's Great Eccleston Agricultural Show on Saturday 18th July, with a live cooking demonstration at 12 noon.

Always one of the highlights of the show weekend, Chris will be showcasing the best of Lancashire's food culture, bringing the same passion and produce that defines everything we do at The Cartford.

Chris follows ITV's This Morning chef Phil Vickery on the Food Theatre stage, making for a brilliant morning of live cookery. Whether you're a regular at The Cartford or discovering us for the first time, it's a fantastic chance to see our kitchen in action outside the restaurant.
