Because every now and then, something stirs. A primal instinct. A deep, ancestral urge to abandon all cutlery and tear into something magnificent with your bare hands. These urges, we believe, should be reserved exclusively for Fridays.
Yes, our barbecue ribs are back! The recipe hasn't changed since we first sent them out of the kitchen over a decade ago, and we see no reason to start meddling now. Slow-braised for the better part of four hours until impossibly tender, then finished with a glossy coat of our sticky-sweet BBQ glaze. All that time in the kitchen, gone in minutes.
Adding to the occasion, we have live music from the wonderfully velveteen Misty Reprise.
