It's been a while.
Almost three months, if you're counting - and if you're a rib person, you probably are.
This Friday, the BBQ ribs return to The Cartford. Slow-cooked, sticky, the kind of thing that makes a napkin earn its keep. We won't pretend there's a sophisticated way to eat them. There isn't. That's rather the point.
AND we have live music from incredible session musicians John Ellis and Billy Buckley.
