This Friday, we’re marking the start of game season the Cartford way — with a specials menu that celebrates flavour, creativity, and the best of Lancashire’s fields and forests.
True to form, we’re not doing things by halves. Expect duck, pigeon, venison, partridge and pheasant — each given the Cartford treatment with a touch of flair and imagination.
Adding to the atmosphere is Rhy Grooves, joining us for the first time with his soulful blend of vocals and guitar — the perfect accompaniment to an evening of good food and easy company by the river.
