This weekend, and starting Friday evening, we’re channelling our inner Scots for our annual Burns celebrations - a tribute to the bard and all things brilliantly Scottish. No kilt required - just an appetite for haggis, a dram, and a bit of Scottish flair.
Haggis is, of course, very much on the menu, and making an appearance in a few different guises - including one that’s taken a slight detour via the Orient.
