This Friday - the sun's out, and holy mackerel are we going to make the most of it. Yes, a staggering 18 degrees is forecast for the Fylde coast, so we’re dragging the BBQ out from hiding and firing it up for something special.
The plan: a BBQ seafood platter, running as a Friday special - one plate, packed with the finest catches from our friends at Midland Fish. Think charred langoustine, smoky swordfish, butter-kissed scallops and plenty more (see the full list, here).
