For those who missed them last month - you’re in luck. On the 6th March in our Friday Series, our BBQ ribs are back. A dish that seems to send you lot into a state of modest ferality. But we don’t judge, because like you, we know just how good they are. They’re slow-braised for the better part of four hours so they’re fall-apart tender, and glazed in our sticky-sweet BBQ sauce. Hours in the making, gone in seconds.
