This week in our Friday Series, we’re heading back to Japan, and it’s going to be broth-taking!
Prep is already underway in the kitchen. Sushi rolling, broth simmering, and more noodles than we quite know what to do with. So we’ll be needing a few willing participants to help us make a dent.
We also have live saxophone from Will Lewis, bringing a smooth soundtrack to the evening.
