Friday 20th March: our tribute to the most famous burger of all time.
Call it a Big Mac on acid - richer, bolder, and far more satisfying. Two juicy patties, melted American cheese, pickles, shredded lettuce, and a sriracha-laced burger sauce, all stacked in a toasted bun and served with skin-on chips (or garlic and rosemary, if you prefer).
