This week in our Friday Series, our BBQ ribs are back.
We like to throw in something a bit messy now and then - a little reminder that we don’t take ourselves too seriously. These ribs aren’t your average pub grub though; they’re slow-braised for the better part of four hours so they’re fall-apart tender, and glazed in our sticky-sweet BBQ sauce. They take hours to make and minutes to disappear. But it’s worth it.
And for the music, The Misty Reprise are back, keeping spirits high with their trademark mix of rockabilly, country, and rock ’n’ roll.
