This week in our Friday Series, our BBQ ribs are back.
We like to throw a messy one in now and then – a nod to anyone who thinks we veer a little too elevated at times. But don’t mistake these for pub grub. They’re slow-braised for the better part of four hours, coaxed into tenderness, and drenched in our signature sticky-sweet BBQ sauce. It’s an arduous process, but one we think is worth every napkin.
