Our Friday Series is back after the festive madness, and we’re easing into the new year in the only sensible way. With a bang.
The Cartford Chip Shop returns on Friday 2nd January.
Golden battered cod, fried in our own Giddy Kipper, with skin-on chips, mushy peas, tartar sauce and curry sauce. Proper chippy tea territory, done the Cartford way.
And because restraint feels unnecessary at this point, our suet pudding is getting the chip shop treatment too.
Anyone contemplating a New Year diet should probably look away. For everyone else, we hope to you on Friday the 2nd!
