SPANISH EVENING

-10TH MAY-

Marking the warmest day of the year thus far, Friday’s temperature is set to reach the staggering heights of 21C. Serendipitously, this meteorological phenomenon falls on the exact same day as our yearly Spanish evening! Indeed, it would seem that the Costa del Cartford is the place to be this Friday - join us for a night of Andalucían inspired food, drink, music and scorchio weather!

THE MENU

-

Pescaíto frito with Romanesco sauce and mojo verde
fried half shell soft crab, stuffed squid, whitebait, prawns, day boat fish

-

Sevillian chicken stew
Free range Lancashire chicken cooked in almonds, apricots and orange served with saffron potatoes, crusty bread and herbs

-

Churros con chocolate

And rest assured, there will be a selection of wines - as well as sangria - that’ll transport you to an Andalucían back-street bodegas.

THE MUSIC

A Spanish inspired evening would not be complete without an ode to their musical heritage. We intend to do just that, as we welcome the return of one of Europe’s leading flamenco guitarists, Samuel Moore!

Sam will be playing throughout the evening, so whether you’re dining early or a little later, you won’t miss out on the música. We recommend arriving early for your table, grabbing a sangria (or two), and soaking it all in before your meal. Alternatively, make your way to the bar after you’ve eaten!

We hope to see you then friends.
