How Sundays Work
On Sundays, we don’t offer a set menu. Instead, we serve a selection of Sunday specials, including a choice of meats sourced locally from Honeywells Farm, all served with the usual trimmings, followed by a changing classic dessert each week.
Served all day with no breaks, from 12pm to 6pm.
Sunday Offering
Our Sunday specials feature a choice of locally sourced meats from Honeywells Farm, served with all the usual suspects: proper Yorkshire puddings, crispy roast potatoes, rich gravy and seasonal vegetables. There’s also a homemade vegan nut roast, which has earned a following of its own.
To Finish…
Each Sunday brings a classic worth saving room for, changing week to week. Think sticky toffee pudding, apple crumble, bread and butter pudding and other comforting favourites that tend to finish things off rather nicely.

Whilst we do permit walk ins, we would advise booking. Sundays can get particularly busy so we wouldn't want you to waste a trip! Book online or call our office.

No. On Sundays we serve our à la carte menu alongside our specials list (Sunday roast options are included in our specials).

Of course we do! Our homemade nut roast served with beetroot gravy is always a crowd pleaser.

Yes! Our children’s roast is the same as an adults but a smaller version, perfect for little appetites.

We don’t serve drinks without food on Sundays — or any other day, for that matter. Our tables are reserved for diners only. We know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but it keeps the flow of service fair for all.
