TOTI (Taste of the Inn) is our deli and online shop. A natural extension of The Cartford, shaped by the same kitchen, the same standards, and the same approach to food, brought together under its own name. You’ll find what we cook, what we make, and what we rate highly enough to put our name to, all carefully chosen and made to be enjoyed beyond the restaurant, and where we can have a bit more fun with it.

A new season is in the air, and with it comes the very best of spring’s bounty, much of which you’ll find at TOTI.

Easter Eggs
We’ve reached that time of year where gift giving takes the form of chocolate shaped eggs. And as far as they go, ours are pretty darn good. Hand made, hand painted and almost too good to eat. Hurry, we don’t have many! Available online and in store.
Wild Garlic Pesto
For those who hadn’t already heard, our wild garlic pesto is back! Made in our kitchen with foraged wild garlic by Head Chef, Chris Bury, it’s unbelievable on just about anything. Head down to TOTI to pick up a jar, or order online.
Hot Cross Buns
Glossy and studded with fruit, you’ll be hard pressed to find better hot cross buns than ours. Pair them with some of our raspberry & elderflower jam, and you’re set. They’re available in TOTI in store over the course of Easter.

French Onion Soup
When Patrick pitched up on the Fylde Coast armed with nothing but his mum’s French onion soup recipe and a French accent thicker than the gratin on top, he probably didn’t expect it to gather what can only be described as a mild cult following.
Some 35 years later, demand has shown no sign of slowing. So, in the interest of public order and well-fed households, we started boxing it up.
French Onion Soup
A rich, slow-cooked French onion soup kit made properly, with deep stock, sweet onions and all the comfort you would hope for. Available to purchase in TOTI and online.

Fresh Bakes
Each week we bake fresh sourdough and focaccia in TOTI, the same served in our restaurant, available to take home from Wednesday to Sunday. Alongside them sits our famous TOTI Choux Bun, which has earned a bit of a reputation and is reason enough to make the trip on its own.
Sourdough
Our sourdough is baked fresh in TOTI using the same recipe we serve in the restaurant, with a proper crust and a soft, airy centre. Available to take home from Wednesday to Sunday, should you feel like upgrading your bread situation. Available in TOTI, not online.
Focaccia
Our focaccia is baked fresh in TOTI, the same one we serve in the restaurant, with a golden crust and a soft, olive oil-rich centre. Available from Wednesday to Sunday, and well worth picking up while it’s still warm. Available in TOTI, not online.
TOTI Choux Bun
Our choux buns have built something of a following. Light choux pastry filled with layers of vanilla and caramel crème pâtissière, finished with caramel cream on top, a dusting of icing sugar, and a scattering of flaked almonds. Available in TOTI, not online.

Wines, Spirits & Beer
These are our own drinks: a range of wines, our gin, and our beer, Giddy Kipper, all made exclusively for The Cartford. We serve them in the restaurant and now stock them in TOTI if you fancy a Cartford tipple at home.
TOTI Wine
Our wines are made exclusively for The Cartford Inn in Bordeaux with the Ducourt family, whose vineyards we’ve partnered with to create bottles that reflect our own taste and approach to food. The range includes a fresh, citrus-lifted Blanc, a smooth, fruit-led Rouge, and a pale, dry Rosé, all served in the restaurant and now available to take home from TOTI. Available in TOTI, and online.
Giddy Kipper
Our own pale ale, brewed exclusively for The Cartford Inn by Farm Yard Brew Co. Light, refreshing and well balanced, it’s the beer we serve in the restaurant and now one you can take home from TOTI too. Available in TOTI and online.
TOTI Gin
Our own small-batch dry gin, developed with the expertise of Black Powder Gin and crafted using 17 botanicals. Bright notes of pink grapefruit and pink peppercorn make it fresh, aromatic and just as good in a G&T as it is in a proper martini. Available in TOTI and online.
