As for TOTI gin itself, we developed our recipe taking inspiration from the ingredients grown in our river garden. The result, a hand-crafted small batch dry gin using 17 botanicals, the majority of which are used in our kitchen. The aromas provide nuanced notes of pink grapefruit, rosemary and pink peppercorn. We recommend serving with a fever tree tonic, pink grapefruit, olive, rosemary & pink peppercorn garnish.
