Voucher policies

Gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry date & cannot be returned or refunded.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed on our online shop, Art gallery or in our on-site delicatessen, TOTI.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.
If you wish to book using a voucher, you must email us at office@thecartfordinn.co.uk with your voucher number in order for us to authorise the extension in our system, you will then receive an email to say that this has been authorised.
When making a reservation, you must notify the office of your intention to use an extended gift voucher. On arrival, the original voucher should be presented along with your authorisation email.
During this time, in order to protect our business financially, we will be limiting the number of vouchers that can be redeemed per week. Please bare with us if you are unable to redeem your voucher for your desired date – we will work to try and find a solution for you in these unsual times.
Please note, vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers. This includes our Dinner, Bed and Breakfast offer as well as our Sunday Night Package.
