We have a real passion for ales

Established for many years as a “real ale” pub we have retained four traditional cask ales including Theakston’s Old Peculiar, plus the unique range of beers brewed on the premises by Hart’s brewery including “Dishy Debby” and “Ice Maiden”.

To complement our range of beers and real ales we have developed an extensive wine list offering a wide choice of quality wines from around the world.

Serving good fresh coffees using the finest of Lavazza coffee freshly grounded beans reinforces our pursuit of quality.

For real connoisseurs we also stock some of finest whiskies, brandies and Port.
